2025年12月22日，中非创新合作中心与华东师范大学河口海岸全国重点实验室线上举行了合作协议签署仪式，标志着双方将在技术转移、非洲青年人才培养、生态环境保护等领域展开深度合作。
在签约仪式上，中非创新合作中心副主任徐宝文详细介绍了合作协议的核心内容。他指出，中心将发挥平台枢纽作用，通过共办活动、挖掘合作机会、促进信息与资源共享等多种形式，推动中非在技术转移、环境保护与可持续发展领域的深度协同创新，实现互利共赢。
华东师范大学河口海岸全国重点实验室副主任赵宁回顾了实验室与非洲国家长期以来的合作历程。他表示，实验室自成立以来，在海洋生态保护和应对气候变化等领域与多个非洲国家开展了深入合作，此次合作将进一步拓宽与非洲的合作领域，推动科研成果转化，并加强非洲国家在相关领域的技术能力。实验室总工程师杜金洲进一步补充道，未来将在滨海生态系统保护等方面深化合作，推动技术转移和知识共享，助力非洲国家可持续发展。
IMBeR国际项目办公室的代表也分享了未来合作的优先事项和实施计划，作为合作秘书处，IMBeR办公室将持续为双方提供组织协调、资源共享等支持，确保合作项目顺利推进。
此次签约仪式为双方在科研合作、技术转移与人才培养等领域的深入合作奠定了坚实基础。双方一致表示，未来将继续在更多领域深化合作，推动中非科技创新和可持续发展取得更加丰硕的成果。
Signing Ceremony of the Network Member Agreement Between the China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center and the State Key Laboratory of Estuarine and Coastal Research
On December 22, 2025, the China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center and the State Key Laboratory of Estuarine and Coastal Research at East China Normal University signed a cooperation agreement during an online ceremony.
Xu Baowen, Vice Director of the China-Africa Innovation Cooperation Center, emphasized the center's role in facilitating collaborative initiatives, identifying new opportunities for partnership, and promoting the exchange of resources and knowledge between the two regions.
Prof.Zhao Ning, Vice Director of the State Key Laboratory, reflected on the laboratory’s longstanding cooperation with African countries. Professor Du Jinzhou added that, with over 20 years of collaboration with Africa, the laboratory is eager to deepen its efforts in blue carbon initiatives.
Representatives from the IMBeR International Project Office reaffirmed their continued support for the partnership, focusing on resource coordination and ensuring the smooth implementation of collaborative projects.
